Deer Run/Walden Subdivision

These 3 hamlet subdivisions are unique to the area in which they are situated. Walden north and south are located along the Ausable River cut offering riverfront lots and a sense of community within the subdivision. Deer Run is a newer year round development with homes situated among the mature trees on larger lots just south of Grand Bend.
